Over the past few days, Apple has altered some of the shipping times on their branded iPad accessories. First we noticed the iPad case making a slight shift from April 3rd to Mid-April. Today we notice Apple has delayed the iPad Keyboard Dock. The product was originally set to ship to customers in late-April but now the Apple store has placed the shipping time for sometime in May. That doesn’t bode well for those outside the US that wanted to get their hands on this with their iPad order nor anyone in the US who hasn’t pre-ordered the product yet....

The latest short film from one of cinema’s most enduring and bizarre talents has only just arrived on Netflix, despite having been shot back in 2016. Video game developer Daybreak Games has announced a restructuring of its development team into three distinct branches. Daybreak Games was founded as a subsidiary of Sony Computer Entertainment but broke from them in 2015. It has since made a name for itself with massively multiplayer online titles like DC Universe Online, on top of Z1 Battle Royale, and the PlanetSide franchise. The studio also acquired the publishing rights to Dungeons and Dragons Online, which it has been maintaining with new content since....

As DC moves forward with its live-action Titans, the expanding cast has added Castle veteran Seamus Dever in a mysterious role. Written and created by an all-star team of Akiva Goldsman, Greg Berlanti, and DC boss Geoff Johns, fans are hoping that the first live-action adaptation of the Teen Titans stories will be as big a hit as The CW’s juggernaut that is the Arrowverse. Hoping to celebrate one of the most popular teams in the world of comic books, it looks like a long-awaited Titans movie will have to make to with the small screen for now....

Another new Deadpool 2 poster has been released just in time for the holiday weekend. Given the runaway success of the first film, there was never any doubt that the sequel to Deadpool would do well at the box office. But with the movie jumping from the relatively quiet February release window of the original to the crowded beginning of blockbuster season, Deadpool 2 is tracking below the first film. Fans will head out in droves to see the film regardless, but with so much competition surrounding it things might not go as well this year for the Merc with the Mouth....

At a Georgetown Law and Department of Justice cybercrime conference today, Deputy Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein, made a strong statement that suggests Apple has a mission to “defeat legitimate law enforcement” efforts. The statement came as Rosenstein was discussing the risks of new technology via Politico’s Eric Gellar. While the Deputy Attorney General didn’t name Apple specifically, it’s quite clear that’s the company he is referring to. Apple refused to build a backdoor into its software with the San Bernardino case, and CEO Tim Cook and the company hasn’t changed their stance on privacy and encryption since then....

The Apple original limited series ‘Defending Jacob’ starring Chris Evans, has been released on Blu-ray and DVD this week. This makes it the first Apple TV+ original title to get a physical media disc release. Defending Jacob debuted on Apple’s streaming service in April 2020, more than a year ago. Released a month into worldwide lockdown, Defending Jacob is believed to have been a hit for Apple TV+ with audience demand rivalling the original set of launch shows....

Titans has put Dick Grayson (Brenton Thwaites) in a shocking position following the latest episode the DC Universe series. In Titans season 2, episode 9, titled “Atonement”, Dick ends up telling the whole team the truth about Jericho’s (Chella Man) devastating death. The original members and most of the newbies don’t respond well to Dick’s confession, calling it quits and deciding to leave Titans Tower. This prompts Dick to seek out Jericho’s mother to ask for her forgiveness in the role he played in getting Jericho killed....

SPOILERS for Deadpool 2 ahead. - Deadpool 2 writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick have revealed how the sequel’s mid-credits scene came together. The first Deadpool movie included a memorable post-credits scene that riffed on Ferris Bueller’s Day Off’s famous coda and confirmed that Cable would be making his big screen debut in the followup. In an effort to top that, Deadpool 2 features a mid-credits sequence where Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds) uses Cable’s newly repaired time-travel tech to go back in time and “fix” some issues with his own cinematic timeline....

David Leitch hasn’t heard anything about Deadpool 3 yet following the finalization of the Disney/Fox deal earlier this year. At one point deemed a risk due to its vulgar, adult-orientated content, the Deadpool franchise became the most popular films in Fox’s X-Men series, combining to gross $1.5 billion at the worldwide box office. It’s for that reason the Mouse House has no plans to reboot the Deadpool character; the current iteration is doing phenomenally well, so there’s little incentive to change things up....

The Merc with a Mouth returns this summer for Deadpool 2, the sequel to the 2016 blockbuster.
