Warner Bros. is moving forward with Batgirl and bringing Bumblebee writer Christina Hodson on to handle the script. WB is looking for the best way to move the DC Films universe forward post-Justice League, and they’re doing so under new leadership from Walter Hamada. They’ve got a few projects lined up right already, but the future beyond Wonder Woman 2 isn’t set in stone yet. One of the properties that was thought to be a big priority was a solo movie for Barbara Gordon....
It should come as no surprise to anybody, but Deadpool 2 is now out in theaters and smashing records like its predecessor. Although it might not be as big as the other Marvel film that came out last month, the movie starring the Merc with a Mouth has unseated Infinity War from the #1 spot at the box office! It’s hard to believe that the original Deadpool was almost never released; the executives over at FOX refused to green light the action comedy despite the pleas from Ryan Reynolds and Tim Miller....

The Deadwood movie is and will start filming this fall, according to Kim Dickens (who plays Joanie Stubbs). HBO’s western drama, Deadwood, has one of the more infamous unintended series finales of all time. Deadwood ended not quite on a cliffhanger, but its season 3 finale was not meant to be the end. HBO axed the series before it had a chance to properly wrap things up and fans have cried out for more ever since 2006....

Now, the hype machine prepares to hit the realm from whence the iconic superheroes of the title originally came, with a slew of variant covers set to hit various DC Comics series throughout the month of March....
WARNING: This article contains SPOILERS for Red Hood and The Outlaws #9 Red Hood Recalls His Death By this point, it’s hard to believe that anyone who even knows the DC character ‘Red Hood’ could be oblivious to his origin story, but the DC Rebirth gave writer Scott Lobdell and artist Dexter Soy a chance to clear the story up. So it was, in the very first issue of the new series, that Jason Todd explained his own origin, from his days as a thief on the streets of Gotham right up to his death as Robin in DC’s famous “Death in the Family” storyline (where his details get hazy, since he was… dead)....
Titans keeps letting down the character of Jason Todd - most recently wasting what could have been a brilliantly meta tactic. Based on DC Comics’ titular team of teenage heroes, the inaugural offering of the DC Universe streaming service burst onto screens with mixed reviews but a hugely passionate fanbase - especially when released internationally on Netflix. Though initially scheduled to be comprised of 13 episodes, it ultimately condensed the story into 11, pushing the remainder of the story into the season 2 premiere....
As the DC Extended Universe has started to pick up steam with quality releases like Shazam!, Wonder Woman, and Aquaman, fan interest has picked up as well. Naturally, this has led to fans making up their own fictionalized scenarios, one where couples don’t conform to what we’ve seen in canon. With the DC Universe’s history being enormously vast, we’ve seen quite a few of these fan fiction couples already in various media; for this list, though, we’re considering the couples the DCEU hasn’t shown yet, meaning these couples are treated as brand new....
Good news for passengers flying Delta: the airline is enabling free in-flight iMessage use on most flights starting Sunday. That means you can use your iPhone, iPad, or Mac to send and receive those blue messages without paying up for data. Delta says the new complimentary in-flight messaging perk, which also includes WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, is part of a “multi-billion dollar investment in the customer experience.” Using iMessage, which relies on network connectivity to work, previously required paying for Wi-Fi access during flights....
Prior to Season of Dawn, Solar was the least popular subclass in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep. The subclass was only used for niche situations or to complete a quest or bounty. With the release of Season 9, Bungie reworked Solar subclasses, as well as other content, such as weapons and quests, in order to increase their usage rate. There are an overwhelming amount of changes that Bungie made, so this guide will take a look at them and see which Solar subclasses benefited the most or the least heading into the Season of Dawn....
NBC’s Days of Our Lives could be coming to an end after a 55-year tenure on the air, as the entire cast has been released from their contracts. Hailed as one of the longest-running scripted programs of all time, Days of Our Lives has been a soap opera flagship since November 8th, 1965. DC Comics’ Legion of Substitute Heroes is a fan-favorite super team, being a spin-off of the better-known Legion of Super-Heroes, DC’s premiere superhero team of the 31st century. The Substitutes consist of would-be heroes that didn’t make the cut in the main Legion’s superhero auditions but still wanted to help others. As such, they formed their own team, vowing to perform “substitute” superhero services when the main Legion couldn’t spare the time....

Dreams is Media Molecule’s upcoming sandbox game set for release in 2019. The idea behind Dreams builds upon what the developer did with its Little Big Planet franchise in allowing players to create their own game environments and then share them with other players. Warning: MAJOR SPOILERS ahead for Deadpool 2 - With a time-traveling Cyborg like Cable joining the ranks for Deadpool 2, we probably should have guessed the the movie’s ending would include multiple timelines. Deadpool 2 opens with our (sort of) hero Wade Wilson petulantly blowing himself up in an effort to outdo Logan’s big death scene from last year, declaring, “I’m dying in this one too!” Sure enough, the movie’s final act sees Deadpool nobly sacrificing himself to save young mutant Russell (in more ways than one)....
